Hey guys Madison here, 

As we all know, fall is no longer right around the corner, its HERE! In real estate, fall and winter are usually the slower seasons out of the year to sell your property, but it can still be done. Even though the inventory is typically lower, people still buy and sell for a various amount of reasons; so lets talk about how to get rid of the lackluster front yard and spruce up your curb appeal for your listings to keep your property warm and inviting to buyers! 

  1. Starting with the house itself, before the temperature drops too low, you can always pressure wash the exterior of your home, driveway, and any sidewalks leading up to your home to rinse all of that spring and summer pollen off and leave everything looking sparkly and clean!
  2. Mow your lawn one last time to keep those pesky weeds or long sprouts of grass to a minimum so it all looks freshly manicured.
